Parrots.


Look what we found on top of some Live Oaks...

Just hanging out and staying cool
They are just about everywhere 
in the evenings.
In palm trees
on wires

On dead trees.
They are pretty neat to look at when enjoying a warm evening with that nice glass of tea.

  11. Oh how interesting! I was just talking with a former missionary to Brazil and she told me a lot about the parrots there...particularly about their bite, which can be most painful...they bite and twist the little buggers! Yours look so colorful and happy up there in the live oak.

    Wow! Have never seen parrots so free and flying around neighbourhoods! Some go to Paris to 'people watch', you are in the luxury of your own home, sipping on iced tea and 'parrot watching'!
