Pinterest-ing recipe...

Every once in a while, I come across an easy recipe on Pinterest
I pin it then forget all about it.
does this happen to you?
I was looking though my pins and found this one.
Just two ingredients
No eggs
No oil
No water
Just mix the two and bake.
with juice and all..

That's it

for the topping I mixed crushed pineapple, cool whip and creme cheese (fat free of course :)
then I sprinkled a few coconut flakes

its very light and perfect for this summer.

  1. Yum--that looks good! It reminds me of a lighter version of "dump cake."

  7. I don't know why I keep pinning recipes as I will never even begin to make all the recipes I have marked in the many cookbooks on my shelves.

I've tried the apple and the cherry and hot out of the oven with ice cream as a quick emergency company dessert it's great. I'm sure the pineapple was too.

  11. I think hubby would love this. I wonder if it would work with a regular cake mix. I do not like angel food cake. Mom burnt me out on them many years ago...but with a regular cake mix, this would be awesome.

  15. I love pineapple, and the angel food cake needs all the juice it can get for moisture. I'll have to try this ;-)
