Every once in a while, I come across an easy recipe on Pinterest
I pin it then forget all about it.
does this happen to you?
I was looking though my pins and found this one.
Just two ingredients
No eggs
No oil
No water
Just mix the two and bake.
with juice and all..
That's it
for the topping I mixed crushed pineapple, cool whip and creme cheese (fat free of course :)
then I sprinkled a few coconut flakes
its very light and perfect for this summer.
Yum--that looks good! It reminds me of a lighter version of "dump cake."

It sure does.. I sometimes wonder about the chemistry in that?
DeleteI think hubby would love this. I wonder if it would work with a regular cake mix. I do not like angel food cake. Mom burnt me out on them many years ago...but with a regular cake mix, this would be awesome.
ReplyDeleteI don't know about the regular cake mix... I think it would flop without eggs and oil.. I love easy easy recipes... :)
DeleteThat cake looks yummy.. thanks for sharing it with us! Enjoy your summer! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

ReplyDeleteI love pineapple, and the angel food cake needs all the juice it can get for moisture. I'll have to try this ;-)

ReplyDeleteYes, I've seen that on Pinterest too! But I have so many recipes that look good, but I'm scared to try. I'll give this one a shot this weekend.
