My husband went for a quick walk and came across this.
A little Blue Heron
eating a fish
I thought it was amazing.
Thank you, friends for all the kind baby comments. We are doing great!
I am still trying to get used to the 2 and 4 am feedings and
learning all I can about hiccups, bottle nipples and baby spit up
more pictures to come....
These are such great shots! I've never seen a blue heron.

DeleteHi Marissa,
ReplyDeleteFantastic photos! A little scary, for me, but it is the way of the world, isn't it? Nature's scenes of survival, rough and tough!
Have a lovely week!
Poppy
Thank you poppy!
DeleteSweet Friend, Love the picture-we have Blue Heron's here but never been able to get a photo of one so close up. May His grace cover you as you settle in a new routine. Sending blessings and hugs.

DeleteWow, Marissa, those pictures are fantastic! They look like they came out of a wildlife magazine. Enjoy your sweet little one. Believe it or not I look back now at those moments during the night and smile. Sweet bonding time for sure but a little difficult on the sleep meter.
