Bills and passwords

Do you have a system for paying bills?

Does this ever happen to you?

I am so embarrassed to say that I don't pay bills.   I have in the past but, somehow my husband took over that wonderful task.

Today, while sitting for an oil change and inspection in the waiting room of Fire Stone a lady who works there approached me and said she needed proof of insurance card I didn't have it.  She let me go home to download a copy and print. I went home quickly and after what seemed an eternity playing around with different passwords and trying to remember I, finally re set it .

Our system is a notebook all the bills are written in that notebook. Everything is paid all at once on a certain day online.  I just need to remember websites and passwords.  Please share if you have a better way.

I need to get it together ASAP

  1. Do you have a bill paying system?
  2. Do you pay all your bills online?
  3. Do you use the same password for everything?
  4. Do you have a place where you store all your passwords?

  1. Yes, I pay bills online. I have a password safe with my bank where passwords are kept if I forget. No, I do not use the same password. I pay the bills as they come in; although, I always choose the date five days before it is due once I am online. I really wish I could pay all bills online, but there are a few in town ones that I must do the old-fashioned way. (Because of that, they can be overlooked.) John paid the bills and I liked it that way. Happy bill paying!

  2. I pay our bills and do all of them online. So quick so easy! We have some things automatically paid to like our car payment, water bill, insurance for home and vehicles etc. I did terrible trying to mail things in, I do great on line!

  3. I do pay my bills on line. I have a book, where my passwords are all written down. I have different passwords for everything! Good luck! Big Hugs!
